How does the money-back guarentee work?
We compare you current website host (using 5 tests) to our hosting after migrating and if we are not the fastest speed then we’ll refund your first month’s payment–no questions asked.
Here’s how it works:
(1) We’ll use Pingdom and Google Speedtest to run 5 consecutive page speed tests on your website before we move it to us.
(2) Then, we’ll run 5 consecutive page speed tests on your website after we migrate it.
(3) If your post-migration website doesn’t have the single fastest speed out of all 10 (total) tests, then we’ll refund your first month’s payment. Of course, that doesn’t obligate you to cancel your subscription. But you’ll get your first payment back nonetheless.
Do you offer technical support 24/7?
Web hosting issues are supported 24/7 via phone or chat. Non-hosting support is available from 9am-4pm NZT Monday – Saturday.
What do you do if my website stops working?

Can you restore my website from a backup?
Yes. We take nightly backups and keep these for 20 days consecutively and we can restore to any one of these points. We can also take a snapshot of your website before any work is done, or setup a staging site.
